This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, customs, and tracking information for all purchases made through veltoliving.com.

We partner with trusted suppliers and logistics providers to ensure safe, timely, and transparent delivery.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email.

Velto Living cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most international destinations, including:

  • All of Europe (EU & EEA countries)

  • United Kingdom

  • United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • Selected countries in Asia

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected items or orders above a specific total — these will be clearly stated at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our international supplier warehouses (primarily located in Europe and Asia).

These are average estimates, not guarantees.
Customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and carrier link.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact support@veltoliving.com.

You can also track your order via our “Track My Order” page on the Velto Living website.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may ship separately from different warehouses.

Each package will have its own tracking number, sent to you via email.

You will not incur extra shipping fees for split shipments.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Unclaimed or refused delivery, or

  • Customs refusal or unpaid duties,

Velto Living will:

  • Offer to resend the package (new shipping fees apply), or

  • Provide a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Please verify your delivery details carefully before checkout to avoid such issues.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Velto Living is not responsible for such additional costs.
If you refuse to pay the customs duties, your parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at support@veltoliving.com with your order number.

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms loss or excessive delay, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard replacement timeframes for lost parcels:

  • 60 days after dispatch for most destinations

  • 45 days for the USA

  • 110 days for Brazil

  • 100 days for QSPacket Liquid Line


Delivery Acceptance & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery:

  • Risk passes to you once the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If you suspect your package was stolen or misdelivered, contact your local courier and Velto Living support immediately.

Velto Living is not responsible for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer.


Force Majeure

Velto Living cannot be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, or customs shutdowns.
